Terms of purchase in brief
Shipping
Shipping is free within Sweden, when you shop for more than 850 SEK. Below this amount we only charge 99 SEK for shipping.
We send all our packages with DHL Service Point. You pick up your package at the nearest pickup point.

There are several ways to pay when you shop with us.

Returns and Cancellation Rights
As both a private customer and a business customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 30-day right of return from the date you received the item, provided that you have not used the item and that it is returned in undamaged condition in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Contact customer service to have a return slip sent to you. Save your delivery receipt.
If you want to complain about something, you should always contact customer service first.
The item must be packaged well, preferably in its original packaging with the associated inner packaging and together with any accessories, transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. We ask you to note that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal to not collect a package or not to accept a delivery.
If you want to exchange an item, you must send back the product you do not want yourself and place a new order via our webshop. Your new order will be processed separately from your return.
If an item is incorrect, defective or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days and we will help you with how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot process incorrect deliveries that are discovered after 14 days, so we recommend that you always check your items as soon as you receive them and contact us directly in the event of any incorrect deliveries.
We undertake to exchange incorrect or broken products. If the buyer does not want a new product, the complaint is instead considered a right of withdrawal and is treated as such. The buyer is not entitled to demand additional compensation or other claims against the seller.
As a private individual, you have a 1-year warranty and a right of complaint for 2 years from the date you received the delivery. However, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the error. Errors covered by warranty and complaints only apply to original errors that were already in the product upon delivery. Errors that arise due to Damage to the product beyond normal use is not covered by the warranty.
We do not provide a lifetime warranty on our incandescent bulbs. We do not accept returns for incandescent bulbs.
If you have received an item that does not fit:
Then you return the item and pay for the return shipping cost yourself. You as a customer have a full right to return within 14 days. In order to return a product, it must be in its original packaging and in new condition. We will refund your money when we have received the return and see that the product is in new condition.
If you have received a defective item:
Should a product be defective, we will send you a new replacement product free of charge via DHL Servicepoint. You return the defective item to the same servicepoint delivery location where you picked up the new item. You will receive an address slip from us that you can use for the return package. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Stock balances
Goods in our own warehouse are marked "in stock" (in some cases the last store copy may remain, in which case we choose to order a new item). These goods are normally delivered within 2-5 working days. Goods not in stock 7-15 working days. In the event of any ambiguities or extended delivery time, we will always contact you.
Reservations
Lampbutiken reserves the right to final sales, and that goods may be discontinued from the range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We also reserve the right to any printing errors on this website.
Force majeure
Lampbutiken is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on extenuating circumstances as set out below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the fulfillment. Extenuating circumstances shall be considered, among other things: action or omission of the authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions of the authority that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute, this will be resolved by the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Lampbutiken will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints.

Possibility of partial payment.
If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added, as well as late payment interest of 25.50%. When purchasing, a micro-information is made so that we know that you are you. When paying by invoice, delivery can only be made to your registered address. This is to ensure that no unauthorized person can order goods for themselves using another person's personal data. Pay in installments from 50 SEK/month with a Klarna account.
The payment method for those who want to choose how much you pay each month. But a Klarna account is more than that. In addition to always receiving your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via a Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

For Klarna accounts, the annual interest rate is 19.5% and effective interest from 26.99% for purchases of 10,000 SEK. In other words, the average interest cost per month, if you buy something for 1,000 SEK, is about 16.50 SEK.
Secure payments
So that you as a consumer feel secure when shopping in our webshop, we collaborate with DIBS for the redemption of account/credit card payments and direct payments via internet banking. Security is one of the most important cornerstones of DIBS solutions. DIBS is certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information relating to your payment is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) when transferred to DIBS and your card details are neither registered nor stored by Lampbutiken.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Shipping is free in Sweden, when you shop for more than 850 SEK. Below this amount, shipping costs only 99 SEK.
You can also choose home delivery in Sweden, home to your door price 150 SEK regardless of order amount.
DHL will then book an appointment with you for delivery.
To Denmark and Finland, regardless of order amount, shipping is charged 250 SEK.
Delivery
We ship our goods within Sweden with DHL. You pick up your package at the nearest pickup location.
Delivery time

Wrong delivery - do as follows:
1. Call us at 019-223838 or email info@lampbutiken.se so that we can reserve the correct item.
2. We will email you a return slip and send the correct item as soon as possible.
Transport damage
Our packages are insured for transport. If you see that the contents are damaged, report it directly to DHL or the Post office. If you have opened the package and discover damage, call us at 019-223838 or email us at info@lampbutiken.se.
Non-delivery

Unclaimed goods
For packages that are not redeemed at DHL or the Post office, we will charge you the costs of shipping and handling of SEK 99.
The package will be with the agent for a maximum of 14 days.
